超大采高工作面回采关键技术研究

摘要: 鉴于7m以上大采高综采工作面回采技术在国内还不太成熟,文章以神华神东煤炭集团补连塔煤矿12511(8m)大采高综采工作面为例,分析了8m大采高综采工作面设备配套情况,人员配置情况,回采过程中工作面防片帮技术及工作面两端头与巷道割煤过渡技术,工作面矿压显现情况和防止采空区自然发火等关键技术,为类似地质条件的大采高综采工作面开采提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract: Abtract: In view of above 7m large mining height fully mechanized working face mining technology in China is not mature, the Shenhua Coal Group in Bulianta coal mine 12511 (8m) of fully mechanized mining face as an example, analyzes the matching of large mining height fully mechanized face equipment 8m, staffing, work in the process of mining face defense for head and roadway technology and working face ends cutting coal transition technology, and to prevent spontaneous combustion in goaf and key technology of mine pressure, provide a reference for the similar geological conditions of fully mechanized mining working face mining.
